That’s the proposition of Holidu, a Munich-based travel tech company. Compare, find, and book your best-priced holiday home – all in one online place. Brothers Johannes and Michael Siebers built the search engine in 2014 when they tried to book a surf holiday in Portugal and got bogged down by browser tabs. Their ingenuity and entrepreneurial tenacity paid off: Holidu now lists 15 million rental properties across 1,000 websites, and in 2019 completed its Series C capital raise.
